Cheers to the end

Well, as much as I have enjoyed writing my blogs each week I can say that this is my final blog. I only have 2 people reading them but who knows, maybe I will get bored and write in here again. I have enjoyed this Micro App II class and I can say that I am sad it is ending. It has been my favorite class this semester. Here in an hour I have a dentist appointment, then I have to drive to school to take my history final, then tonight my science final is due, today is gong to be a busy day. Thursday is my speech final. I can say I am glad this semester is coming to an end because all my new classes start the 10th of May and it will be my last semester and then I will be getting my diploma in the mail.

Week 8 Guys and Gals

Today is week 8 which means Monday (May 6, 2019) is our final day of this class! I am exited but sad all at the same time. I have absolutely enjoyed this class so much this semester. It has been my favorite class and I would rather take this class over and over again than do my next semester classes which I have already signed up for. I am taking summer classes so that I can graduate sooner. Ill be getting my diploma in the mail in December 2019, I am so exited about it. Anyways, last weekend I went snagging at Lake of the Ozark and I snagged a spoonbill! It was pretty cool except for the fact that I got burnt bad and my arms are still sore.

Week Seven Guys and Gals!

So right now it is 10 pm and I can say I am officially tired. Tomorrow (4/25/19) I have my Persuasive Speech due for speech class and I am up trying to perfect it and figure out how not to have a heart attack giving it tomorrow. I also have no idea how to dress. I am not really that good at dressing nice. College is just so much work and in my opinion stressful so I just never dress nice anymore like I did in high school. Anyways, I have to now find my outfit and try to sleep so I do not fall asleep giving my speech tomorrow. Wish me the best of luck!

Its already week 6?

So far, I can say that I am really enjoying this class. Right now I am working on homework while babysitting a 2 year old and 8 month old. It is kind of hard to type this right now because I have the 8 month old typing for me and the 2 year old screaming at me. I do not really have anything interesting to talk about this week but since I have been talking about my kittens, their eyes are finally open! I did a little photo session yesterday while babysitting yesterday so below I posted a picture of the little boy I am watching.

Week 5, 5 kittens

I’m not really sure what I am going to write about this week. I do not have anything really interesting that happened besides my cat had kittens. She had 3 girls and 5 boys. So below I posted a picture of my kittens. They were born April 6, 2019 so if anyone is interested in a kitten they will be ready in 8 weeks.

Week Four

So this week I think I figured out how to upload a picture of my animals so that is what my blog will be about this week. I do not really have much to talk about except I just gave my informative speech in class and it went horrible and I dropped my paper in front of the whole class. See next blog for picture.

An early yet late 3rd week.

Right now it is 10:57 p.m. and I have work at 5 a.m. Now I know that I should be asleep and also that week 3 technically does not start until Tuesday the 26th but I would like to write mine now. I do not know if anyone is reading my blog but I do enjoy having a place to talk. So to start… Yes, I should be sleeping but today my 3rd science test was due. I felt completely confident through the whole thing, I was thinking I was going to get so close to the 105 points possible but once submitted I saw that I got 63/105 which means I only missed 6 questions. Each question was worth 7 points so missing 6 question makes a great impact. I might be getting my grade raised to 70/105 though because one of the questions seemed to have a error in it so I emailed the teacher asking about it. Now, this has nothing to do with micro app class but it does have to do with school.

It’s week 2 already!

It’s finally spring break and I’m not exited as I thought I would be. Spring break sounds great and all for the students on campus but for the online students most of us do not get to have a spring break. I mean, I am glad that my speech class is on campus because I do not have to go all week but as far as my science, history and micro. app. class goes, there is still homework due. Although there is still homework due I still am enjoying this class so far, I can not really say that for my science and history homework. I do love my speech class though, the teacher is great.

So, in last weeks blog I talked about my animals and how many I have, well yesterday my boyfriend took me to Walmart and we bought a fish and then he took me back today and we bought two more because my first fish seemed lonely. Now we have two black Moore fish and a coy fish. I am super exited because they are so cute. I’d love to post a picture of them but my blog is not giving me the option to insert a picture for some reason. Anyways, I hope everyone has a great spring break and in next weeks blog if I can figure out how I will post a picture or video of my fish!

Week One

Hello everyone,

I’m McKenzie Riddle but I go by Kenzie. I grew up living in Breckenridge my whole life and in 2017 I graduated from there. After I graduated I packed up and moved to Chillicothe with my moms best friend for about 6-8 months until I packed up again and moved in with my boyfriend in Mooresville where I have now lived for a little over a year. I have 3 dogs and two cats. My dogs names are, Kiya who is a 1 1/2 year old German Shepard, Luna is a 8 month old Pit-bull, Ranger is a Blue Heller. My cats are named Meow and Karen, they are expecting kittens within the next month or so. After NCMC, I plan to transfer to Missouri Western State University. I am exited for this class and have been waiting for it to start because I took Micro App I my first semester at NCMC in 2017 and I absolutely loved it and the teacher. I’m exited to get to know everyone!
